摘　　要：腧穴是脏腑经络气血运行输注的特殊部位,是经络系统通达的外属部分,是人体和外界沟通的转输站,既可以反应体内脏腑经络气血的生理病理变化,也是接受刺激并传至经络、脏腑以调节其功能的"刺激点",是针灸临床取效的关键环节之一。腧穴定位,不仅在于体表的"点",其内涵在于腧穴是"神气游行出入"之所,而针刺的关键在于"神机"的捕捉与调节,因此深刻领会腧穴的内在涵义,并正确使用是针刺疗效的关键所在。从腧穴本义、腧穴定位、神气与腧穴的关系、神机与针刺的关系等方面加以阐述,以期帮助理解腧穴的概念,加深对腧穴的认识,并为针灸术语国家标准的制定打下良好的基础。An acupoint is a special point, an external part of meridian system, through which qi and blood of zang-fu and meridian circulate and distribute in the body, and by which human body communicates with outside world. An acupoint can reflect the physiopathological changes of zang-fu, meridian, qi and blood. It is a stimulation point accepting excitation and transfering this excitation to meridian and zang-fu for regulating their functions, that is one of key sections of acupuncture efficacy in clinic. The location of an acupoint is related to that it is not only a point on body surface, but also a site of vitality-qi motion. So the crux of needling is to catch and regulate spirit. To understand the internal meaning of an acupoint and use it correctly is very important for acupuncture efficacy. The original meaning and locations of an acupoingt, and relationship between acupoint and vitality-qi and relationship between spirit and needling were expounded here to help to understand the concept and meaning of acupoint, and lay a solid foundation for drawing up the national standard of acupuncture terminology.
