摘　　要：刻画了中国具有代表性的新兴技术企业华为"复制模仿—模仿性创新—自主创新"的技术能力发展过程,分析了华为实现技术能力跃迁、培育自主创新能力的有效路径,讨论了影响技术能力发展的重要因素。研究表明,有效的技术学习、有重点的持续研发以及有选择的市场国际化,是中国新兴技术企业实现跨越式发展,赢得"后来者优势"的有效途径。This paper traces Huawei＇s technological development of ＂duplicative imitation-creative imitation- innovation＂ ,which is the representative emerging technology firm in China,shows how Huawei has realized the development of technological capabilities and develops its indigenous innovative capabilities as a latecomer . Our study indicates that integrating efficient technological learning, sustainable R＆D and appropriate Internationalization is a vital Leapfrogging path for China＇s emerging technology firms as ＂latecomers＂.
