大学多元文化背景下个性教育的可能抉择

摘　　要：实施个性教育是培养创新型人才的必然要求。大学多元文化为个性教育的发展提供了平台。在大学多元文化背景下,实施个性教育的策略主要有:确立"和而不同"的教育理念,是实现个性教育的先导;优化通识课程,是实现个性教育的重心;完善个性教学,是实现个性教育的基础;运行国际化办学模式,是实现个性教育的保障;彰显校园特色文化,是实现个性教育的载体。Personal education is necessary for cultivating creative person. University multi-culture advances the platform for personal education. Under the background of university multi-culture, some strategies of personal education are following：establishing educational idea of harmonious but different, optimizing general education, perfecting personal instruction, operatiing internationalized school-running model and creating diversified campus culture.
