摘　　要：在自我管理研究中,可用道德知行一致性程度来反映道德行为自我管理水平的高低,在操作性定义上,可以德性践行度作为量化概念。本研究构建了德性践行度的测量模型,并以大学生日常德性表现为评价项目编制了德性践行度问卷,然后进行了调查。结果表明,当前大学生的道德认知发展水平较好,德性践行能力整体水平较高,但知行脱节、认识偏差等问题也在不同层面和不同程度上存在。Unification between Moral Cognition and Behavior（UMCB） was an operational concept which could imply the level of selfmanagement of moral behavior. According to the proposed measure model, we designed the Unification Between Moral Cognition and Behavior Scale. The results of studying UMCB showed that undergraduates＇ cognitive moral level and UMCB both were good in general, and they met the demands of society. But there was some deviation between their cognition and behavior in some degree.
