摘　　要：通过引进almostHeegaard曲面,给出判定一个封闭后的almostHee-gaard曲面是加2-柄前流形的Heegaard曲面的充分必要条件.并对一类不是almostHeegaard的本质曲面进行研究,给出这类曲面满足的性质.By Introducing the almost Heegaard surface, this paper gives whether a closed almost Heegaard surface is a Heegaard surface Meanwhile, conclude certain property of these essential surfaces, which are not almost Heegaard a sufficient and necessary condition to judge of the manifold before adding 2 - handle. by analyzing one type of essential surfaces
