社会流动视野下高校毕业生待就业问题探究

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业中的结构性矛盾日渐形成了待就业毕业生群体,引起了人们的关注和探究。在社会流动视野下,毕业生就业中后致性因素与体制性因素之间、社会岗位供给与毕业生需求之间、流动成本过高与毕业生社会资本有限性之间的结构性矛盾,导致了毕业生选择待就业来谋求满意的就业起点。要坚持政策引导和市场配置相结合,构建良好的社会流动机制,解决毕业生待就业问题。The structural contradictories among the college graduates＇ employment have gradually formed the group of job - waiting college graduates, which have aroused people＇ s close attention and exploration. In the view of social floating, the structural contradictories caused in college graduates＇ employment such as those between ＂acquired＂ factors and system factors, between social position supply and college graduates＇ needs, between too high floating cost and limitation of graduates＇ social capital have resulted in college graduates choosing job-waiting to seek their satisfied employment starting point. We should insist on combing the policy guiding and job market disposition to construct good social floating system so as to solve the problem of job-waiting college graduates.
