摘 要:目的探讨多媒体技术在泌尿外科临床护理小课中的运用方法和效果。方法选择2007年7月-2008年6月在外科实习的护生120名为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;选择2008年7月-2009年6月在外科实习的护生208名为实验组,在传统教学方法的基础上运用多媒体技术进行泌尿外科临床护理小课的教学。结果两组护生理论成绩优良率和操作成绩比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。实验组护生对辅导小课的各项满意率均为91.3%以上。结论采用多媒体技术进行教学,激发了护生学习的兴趣,充分调动护生的学习潜能,提高了教学效果。Objective To study the use and effect of multimedia technology on small-class clinical nursing teaching in the urology departemnt. Methods A total of 208 nurse students in the surgical department were selected as the experiment group, which used multimedia technology in the small-class clinical nursing teaching in addition to the traditional teaching methods from July 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital. And 120 nurse students in the surgical department were chosen as the control group, which used the traditional teaching methods from July 2007 to June 2008 in our hospital. Results There were significant difference in nurse students' theory scores and the operation scores in the two groups (all P 〈 0.05). And the satisfaction rates of the class in the experiment group were over 91.3%. Conclusion The multimedia technology can motivate the learning interest of the nurse students, can thoroughly stimulate the study potency of the nurse students, and can improve the teaching effects.
