摘　　要：微电子ＣＡＤ（计算机辅助设计）和ＣＡＩ（计算机辅助教学）ＦＯＲＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＰＣ交互系统的开发成功，对微电子ＣＡＤ技术的推广应用及高等学校的教学应用等各方面有着极其重要的作用，本文介绍了该系统开发思路、功能结构、科研与教学的应用情况。The crossing system of microelectronic CAD(Computer Aided Design) and CAI(Computer Aided Instruction)for PC Windows was successfully developed and it is extremely important for the application and dissemination of the microelectronic CAD technology and the teaching in university.This paper introduces the design consideration,function structure,science research and teaching of the CAD and CAI applying system.
