摘 要:建立我国劳动关系层面的企业社会责任动力机制是改善当前我国企业社会责任缺失的重要途径。依据利益相关者理论确定了我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任的动力要素;根据Schwartz的三圆模型,从经济、道德、法律制度三方面探讨了我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任的动力来源;通过相关动力要素与来源的特点,构建了我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任的动力机制模型,并对动力机制模型的运行及调控进行了讨论。Framing the motive mechanism of CSR in view of the employer-employee relationship in China is of importance to the improvement of lack of CSR nowadays. The CSR motive factors are determined according to the stakeholder theory involving the employer-employee relationship. The motive source of CSR in view of the employer-employee relationship is discussed in the perspectives of institution, morality and economy, based on the Schwartz' s three-circle model. Then, taking account of the features of the motive factors/source, a motive mechanism model is developed for CSR in view of China' s employeremployee relationship, with its running/regulating discussed.
