宽叶缬草醚酯提取物体外抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缬草醚酯提取物体外抗氧化活性。方法采用DPPH法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、水杨酸法,分别测定缬草醚酯提取物清除DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的能力。结果样品中活性物质对于DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基等自由基半清除率浓度(IC50)分别为1.36,1.46和2.14 mg/ml。结论在实验条件下,缬草醚酯提取物对DPPH自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子有较好的抑制作用。Objective To study the antioxidant activity in vitro of ether and grease extract from Valeriana offeinalis L. Methods The methods of DPPH , pyrograllol auto - oxidation and salicylicl acid were used in order to get the scavenging quality of DPPH free radical（ DPPH · ） , superoxide free radical （O2 ^- · ） and hydroxyl free radical （OH · ） in the methanol extract of Valeriana offeinalis L . Results The half maximal inhibitory concentration（IC50） of sample on DPPH · , O2^- · and OH · were 1.36 , 1.46 and 2.14 mg/ml . Conclusion The extract has good scavenging effect on DPPH · , OH· and O2^ - · under the condition of experiment.
