摘  要:根据实际教学中"教师越来越难教,学生没有什么可学"的教学现象,试图从教师和学生认知一致性的角度进行研究。通过设计问卷的方式对温州职业技术学院全体教师与学生进行认知一致性的专项调查,结果表明,教师对学生基本学习情况的认知与学生的自我认知之间存在较大的歧异,一致性程度较低。因此,教师应主动接触学生,换位思考,想学生所想;学生应正确认识自我、评价自我、接受自我和完善自我;学校应建立一种有效的沟通机制。On the basis of the phenomenon that "it is more and more difficult for teachers to teach, while students have almost nothing to learn", this paper tries to make a study on the cognitive unity of teachers and students. Through the questionnaire to the teachers and students of Wenzhou Vocational & Technical College on cognitive unity, it is found that there is quite a big gap between the understanding of students' learning condition of teachers and students'. Therefore, teachers should take initiative to contact students, to think in students' position and keep what students think in their mind. On the other hand, students should hold proper attitude in their self-understanding, self-evaluation, self-acceptance and self-perfection, and schools should strive to build an effective communicative mechanism.
