摘 要:光器件是航天器最重要的部件,受到世界各国的高度重视。文章介绍了航天用光器件可靠性技术及其进展。为了满足重量轻、低功耗和高可靠性的空间高技术需要,概述了光纤激光器、大功率半导体激光器、HgCdTe红外探测器、光纤陀螺的可靠性技术。重点叙述了可靠性试验技术与标准,可靠性分析与评价,包括光纤激光器和大功率半导体激光器在内的航天用光源的可靠性,有关大功率激光器寿命评估、失效机理、热产生机制与能耗,大功率激光器可靠性与寿命进展,以及提高大功率激光器可靠性得措施。可以肯定,随着可靠性技术的发展,光器件在未来航天领域中将占据越来越重要的位置。The optical devices is the most important device of spacecraft, it has been highly valued and noticed by the countries all over the world. This paper propose reliability technology and development of optical devices for space. In order to meet the requirements of space advanced technology on low weight, low consumed power, long life and high reliability, Reliability technology of fiber laser, high power semiconductor laser, HgCdTe infrared detector, fiber-optic gyroscopes are summarized. In this paper, reliability test technology and standard, reliability analysis and evaluation, reliability of source for space, involve reliability of fiber laser and high power semiconductor laser, relate to life evaluation, failure mechanism, heat generation mechanism and energy consumption of high power semiconductor laser; reliability and life development of high power semiconductor laser, improve reliability measure of high power semiconductor laser are summarized. It can be predicated that with the development of reliability technology, optic device will play a more and more important role in the field of space in the future.
