高校廉政建设法制化的分析与思考

摘　　要：高校在廉政建设中存在的主要问题是经济和学术问题,其危害性包括影响学校声誉、败坏社会风气、侵害他人合法权益等;只有实现廉政建设法制化,才能对高校正在出现和可能出现的腐败问题进行预防和根治;通过分析高校廉政建设法制化的内涵,明确了高校廉政建设法制化的途径是建立长效预防机制、完善权力制约体系、健全监督管理体制、建立激励机制和严格执法等。The economy and science corruption are the primary problems in university probity construction. All these corruption problems would brought prodigious harm to the universities＇ reputation, social morality and others legal rights and interests. The only way to prevent and cure corruption problem in universities is to construct a probity legal system. In this paper, its meaning has been analyzed. In the end, the way of constructing a probity legal system in universities has been put forward, and the most important element is the perfection of long-term prevention, supervision and management systems, and the adoption of encouragement system and execution of law.
