摘　　要：通过问卷调查,得到一些关于数学教师的素质结构的数据,并进行统计分析.结果表明,中学数学教师的整体结构仍需优化,个人素质结构亟需加强.Through investigation with examination paper, this article gives some data concerning quality structure of mathematics teacher, and analyses conscientiously. The results show that the whole structure of mathematics teachers in middle school still needs to be optimized and personnel quality structure urgently needs to be improved.
