论教练员经验与理论知识的辩证关系

摘　　要：对我国从事优秀教练员培训工作的专家和部分优秀教练员访谈并进行深入的研究。认为竞技体育的教练工作是一个长期而又繁琐的工作,既需要教练员有着丰富的经验性知识,又要掌握先进的理论性知识。二者既对立又统一,又彼此促进。The authors concluded that the work of coaches in sports is a long-term and tedious work. It is not only needs the coaches have a wealth of empirical knowledge, but also in control of the advanced theory of knowledge, they are no longer antitheses and unified , but also promote each other.
