摘 要:技术创新与顾客满意度之间是不断持续的协同进化过程。文章通过建立动力方程,严格证明了无论企业采取什么策略,顾客都不可能达到最大满意度。然而,正是由于不能达到顾客最大满意度,促使技术创新与顾客满意度之间持续不断地协同进化,这正是推动企业技术创新进化的根本动力。企业必须关注顾客满意度的动态性以及与技术创新进化的协同性,才能获得真正的发展。It is a continuous co -evolution process between technology innovation and customer satisfaction. It can be strictly proved by constructing dynamic equation that customers can not achieve the maximum satisfaction no matter what strategies the enterprise takes. However, it is precisely because the maximum satisfaction of customers can not be achieved that the coevolution between technology innovation and customer satisfaction is promoted to be continuous, which is just the fundamental impetus to promote the technology innovation of enterprises. Enterprises must be concerned about the dynamic characteristic of customer satisfaction as well as the concertedness with the evolution of technology innovation to get real development.
