摘  要:探索教学、科研、生产、育人相结合的教学模式,研究了农学类课程与实践教学相结合,以科研为平台,使学生通过劳动与科技实践课、大学生研究训练计划、实验课、教学实习、专业综合实习和毕业实习等实践环节,提高专业素质和科学研究的能力,教学实习小组也为科研提供了多方面的支持。通过实践性教学环节的锻炼,教学质量显著提高,毕业生走上工作岗位后能很快地适应工作,学生的考研率达到32.8%-56.7%。The teaching model of association of teaching, scientific research, the production and educating students has been explored. Agriculture science resembles and practice teaching have been combined. Based on scientific research, student's special quality and research ability have been improved by many kinds of practice activity such as working and practicing of science and technology class, student research trading plan, experiment class, the teaching and special field synthetically practice and graduation field work. Scientific research were supported by the practice teaching and scientific research group. Teaching quality has been improved significantly by practice teaching exercise. 32.8-56.7 percent students passed the entrance exams for postgraduate school and the graduates could adapt to new job very quickly.
