摘 要:煤泥是典型的高浓度黏稠物料,煤泥—热电厂—热电是煤矿发展循环经济的最佳产业链,管道输送是实现煤泥燃烧发电的最佳输送方式。针对煤泥管道输送含水率确定方法不完善,人为因素误差大,引入液塑限的实验方法,测量煤泥的液塑限数值;同时考虑泵吸入效率因素,找到煤泥的液限与可输送含水率之间的关系,为煤泥管道输送的工程应用提供确定可输送含水率的参考。Coal slurry is a typical high density and sticky material. The coal slurry - a thermal power plant - thermal + electric power is the optimum industrial chain for the coal mine to develop the circulated economy. The pipeline transportation would be the optimum transportation mode to realize the coal slurry - fired power generation. Due to the determination method of the coal slurry water content in the pipeline transportation was not perfect and has a high human factor error, a experiment method of the liquid and plastic limits was introduced to measure the liquid and plastic value of the coal slurry. In consideration of the pump sucking efficient factors, a relationship between the coal slurry limits and the transportation water content rate found, which could provide the references to determinate the transportable water content for the coal slurry pipeline transportation.
