摘　　要：论述了人文素质教育在工程技术人才培养中的重要性,分别从学校、教师、学生和社会等方面探讨了提高工程技术人才人文素质的主要途径,将有利于促进专业教育与人文教育有机结合,培养综合素质较高的工程技术人才。The importance of humane quality training in Higher Engineering education is presented. Some approaches for enhancing humanity quality education are discussed respectively from aspects of universities, teachers, college students and society, etc, which will promote the combination of engineering education and humane education and advance education quality for higher engineering technology students in universities.
