摘　　要：物流对整个电子商务企业的经营起着决定性的作用,是企业提高市场竞争力的重要因素。只有建立电子商务企业物流绩效评价体系,才能够正确判断企业的实际经营水平,提高企业的经营能力。而目前我国对电子商务企业物流绩效评价的研究还不够深入,还没有形成一套完善的物流绩效评价指标体系、评价方法。运用新兴的学科方法人工神经网络和层次分析法综合测评方法对电子商务企业的物流绩效进行了评价指标和方法的方案设计。这对电子商务企业自身物流管理绩效的监测评价具有较大的参考价值。The logistics play a decisive role in e-businesses, it is an important factor to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. It wilt be able to correctly determine the actual operating level and to improve the viability of enterprises by establishing a performance evaluation of e-businesses logistics systems. At present, China＇s logistics performance evaluation of e-businesses is not enough depth research. This article uses a new artificial neural network approach and AHP evaluation method to design e-businesses of logistics performance indicators and methods of evaluation. This is a larger reference value to e-businesses logistics management performance monitoring and evaluation.
