论高职院校物流人才的培养

摘　　要：在详细分析我国物流产业的发展前景、高职院校物流人才培养现状及物流人才需求情况的基础上,提出高职院校物流人才培养要提升学生综合素质、加强精品课程建设、扩大校企合作,实行工学结合模式、完善职业资格认证制度等五个方面的建议,为高职院校物流人才的培养提供借鉴。The development prospect in china＇s goods and materials industry was analyzed in detail. The present situation on training skilled students at handling goods and materials and their requirements in society were investigated. Proposals at five aspects were suggested which emphasized the enhancement of students＇ comprehensive quality, strengthened the construction of exquisite subjects, expanded school-enterprise cooperation, carried out ahernative model of work and study, and perfected the confirmation system of professional certificates. Those can be used for reference for training qualified studeuts at vocational higher learning institutions.
