高校大学生创新能力培养探析

摘　　要：高等教育肩负着为国家培养创新型人才的重任,能否培养出具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才,是检验高校办学质量和办学水平的重要标志,也是高校教育工作者所面临的一个重要课题。本文主要对创新与创新能力的研究现状、培养途径等问题进行了梳理和分析,综述诸方面的研究成果,指出高校学生创新能力培养方面目前存在的问题以及今后发展的方向。The higher education undertakes the task of educating innovative talents for the country, thus the training of specialized personnel with initiative spirit and innovation ability becomes an important symbol for the running of universities and colleges. This paper mainly reviewed and analyzed current situations, and approaches of creation and creative abilities. The literature was reviewed, and the problems and solutions in the training of students＇ creative abilities were discussed.
