摘　　要：通过论述医师职业精神的特征及其与外部环境的关系,分析当前影响医师职业精神构建所需的诸如社会、环境、法律等外部环境因素,并提出相关对策,得出结论为:构建医师职业精神,仅靠医师群体的自律和行业自省,而忽视社会、体制和法律等外部环境对其影响作用和保障作用显然是不够的,需要政府、社会、法律、医院以及医师的共同努力。This paper discusses the characteristics of physician professionalism and its relationship with the external environment, analyzed the current impact of physician professionalism necessary to build such as the social, environmental, legal and other external environmental factors, and to propose relevant measures. It concludes,as follows,construction of physician professionalism,is clearly not enough relying only on physician groups, as well as industry self-examination and selfdiscipline and moral education administration departments, also cannot neglect social, institutional and legal impact, the role of the external environment and their protection. The government, society, law, hospitals and physicians should work together.
