摘 要:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对某市医学会非医疗事故鉴定案例中存在医患沟通障碍因素的86份案例进行回顾性分析,其中大于60岁和14岁以下患者,初中及以下文化层次患者、中青年医师、外科医师较容易发生医患沟通障碍。医疗机构应提高医务人员的人文素养与沟通技能,合理配置人力资源等方式来加强医患沟通。By applying the self-designed questionnaires to collected numerical data,we analyzed retrospectively 86 cases with problems of doctor-patient communication,which from technical appraisal cases for the non-medical negligence of medical association for a city. In 86 cases, patients with older than 60-year-old and younger than 14-year-old with middle aged and young physicians had the tendency of communication problem. Medical institutions should take some effective measures such as improving the people-culture quality of medical staff and communication skills, allocating reasonable human resources to enhance doctor-patient communication.
