摘　　要：网络教师在线指导行为评价标准的制定,是评定网络教师在线指导活动绩效的重要环节,也是提高网络教师在线指导行为绩效必须解决的一个重要问题。按照标准研制过程在开发阶段要求,建立初步的网络教师在线指导活动的评价标准指标体系框架,随后采用特尔斐法进行两轮专家评议,形成了具有共识的网络教师在线指导活动的评价标准指标体系试行草案。The composition of evaluation standards for teachers' online guiding activities is a key stage in evaluating the performance of teachers' online guidance,as well as a problem that needs to be solved. According to the standard development requirement,a preliminary evaluation index framework is formed. Then two rounds of expert reviews are held with the Delphi Method before a draft evaluation index system is established.
