摘　　要：提高教学质量是电大开放教育加强内涵建设的中心任务。湖北电大围绕保障教学质量,转变教育观念,创新教学模式,制定激励政策,强化教学保障机制,探索一条以提高教学质量为核心的内涵建设途径。特别是构建"教学过程评价体系"和自主研发的"教学过程管理评估系统"软件,实现教学评估督导工作的日常化和网络化。To improve instructional quality is a core task of TVU education's connotative construction. To ensure instructional quality,Hubei TVU converted educational concept,innovated its instruction mode,formulated encouraging policies,enhanced instruction guarantee mechanism,and explored a quality-centered way towards connotative construction. Its self-developed Instruction Process Evaluation System and software have made the evaluation work routine and networked.
