摘　　要：远程学习者信息行为主要可分为信息检索、信息查询、信息加工、信息交流和信息发布五方面。对于远程学习者而言,信息处理过程直接影响着远程学习的效率。知识管理理论可以有效解决知识获取、知识分享和知识创新过程中的问题,对提高远程学习者信息行为能力起着积极的作用。There are five aspects in the information behavior of distance learners:information retrieval,information query,information processing,information exchange and information release. For distance learners,information processing directly influences the effectiveness of learning. The knowledge management theory can solve problems during the process of knowledge acquisition,sharing and innovation,and improve distance learners' information behavior.
