摘  要:采用单因素实验和正交实验研究了时间、温度、pH值、酶加量四个因素对提取川芎多糖的影响。得到提取川芎多糖的最佳工艺条件为:纤维素酶0.25%,时间120min,pH值4.0,温度50℃,在此条件下,多糖的提取率为7.26%。The optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharide of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort by cellulose enzym was investigated through experiment. The influence factors including reaction time, pH value, adding amount of enzyme and reaction temperature were studied by single factor test with orthogonal planning of the experiment. It was concluded that the optimal condition of extraction was as follows : 0. 25% concentration of cellulose enzyme, pH 4. 0, 120min reaction time and 50℃ reaction temperature. The results obtained show that the extraction rate of polysaccharide under the optimal condition is 7.26%.
