当前成人教育机构办学职能转变的理性思考

摘　　要：文章通过对当前成人教育机构办学职能及其转变原因的分析,认为新时期成人教育机构办学职能转变应确立三个价值取向,即由"学历"教育转向关注"人"的教育;由"生存"教育转向体现"存在"的教育;由知识的"传授"转向注重能力的"修炼"。Based on the analysis of the function and its transformation of adult education institutions, this paper emphasizes on the three value orientations in transformation in the new period- from＂diploma- oriented education＂ to ＂people- oriented education＂, ＂existence education＂to＂being education＂, and＂knowledge - based imparting＂to＂competeney - based developing＂.
