成长型高校教学质量保障与监控体系的构建探索

摘　　要：文章主要从营造积极的教学质量文化、深化教育教学改革、加强师资队伍建设和提高管理与服务质量四个方面来构建学校内部教学质量保障体系,并建立由约束与激励机制、教学过程监控系统、教学质量评估系统和教学信息反馈系统等构成的教学质量管理与监控体系,使成长型高校在办学规模迅速扩大、教学资源相对有限的情况下,教学质量得到保障。This article is trying to build a university and college internal teaching quality guarantee system from four parts： creating a active teaching quality culture, further educational and teaching reform, enhancing teachers team construction and improving management and service quality. A Teaching Quality Management and Monitoring System including Restraint-incentive Scheme, Teaching Process Supervision System, Teaching Quality Evaluation System and Teaching Information Feedback System is also established in order to protect teaching quality of growing university, while the scale of school running has been expanding fast and teaching resources is limited relatively.
