摘 要:研究目的:快速、舒适和安全是高速铁路得以实现的三大要素。由于高速铁路列车与轨道的相互作用很复杂,轨道几何形位难控制,从而造成轨道与设计线形的变化,出现轨道几何不平顺,反过来又会影响列车行驶的安全和舒适度。本文通过建立列车垂向振动整车模型,考虑轨道结构的弹性,以轨道不平顺值作为激励,建立运动方程。用变换矩阵法求解系统的刚度、阻尼、质量矩阵,以Newmark积分法经matlab编程逐步求解。提出车体垂向加速度和轨道高低不平顺幅值。研究结论:通过建立整车模型和对运动方程的求解,探讨了轨道高低不平顺对列车垂向加速度的影响;通过与国内外相关标准的比较,提出在时速300 km/h时应满足的轨道最大高低不平顺幅值,即:当车体垂向加速度满足不平顺舒适度值0.15 g时,轨道高低不平顺幅值应控制在8 mm以内;满足计划维修目标值0.25 g时,轨道高低不平顺幅值应控制在14 mm以内;满足安全管理目标值0.35 g时,轨道高低不平顺幅值应控制在19 mm以内。Research purposes: Rapidity, comfort and safety are the three major elements of high - speed railway transportation. Because of the complicated interaC, ion of train and track, the uncontrolled geometric shape of track will lead to the changes between the geometric shape and location of the track. Such changes will bring about the changes of the geometric shape and location of the track and the designed track shape and make the track irregularity, which will affect the safety and the comfort of train. By using the track irregularity value as an incentive, this paper offered the motion equation through the establishment of vertical vibration trains vehicle model on orbit with consideration of the flexibility of track structure, solved the quality matrix, stiffness and damping matrix of the system by using the transform matrix method along with Newmark integration method after Matlab programming, and put forward the vertical acceleration of train and high - low values of track irregularity. Research conclusions:Through establishing the train model and solving the motion equation, this paper discussed the impaction of the track irregularity on vertical acceleration of train, and with the comparison of the relevant standards at home and abroad, presented the biggest high - low values of track irregularity to meet the requirements when the train speed reached at 300 km/h. Namely, when the vertical acceleration of train can meet the irregular comfortable value of 0.15 g, the high - low value of track irregularity could be controlled within 8 mm. When the vertical acceleration of train can meet the maintenance target value of 0.25 g, the high - low value of track irregularity could be controlled within 14 mm. When the vertical acceleration of train can meet the safety management target value of 0.35 g, the high - low value of track irregularity could be controlled within 19 mm.
