摘　　要："兴趣是最好的老师","知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者",兴趣是学生学习最直接的动力,因此培养学生学习高等数学的兴趣至关重要。文章主要从教师自身修养,教授方法等方面,探讨了作为一名高数教师,如何来激发学生的学习兴趣。'Interest is the best teacher', 'To be fond of knowledge is better than merely to acquire it ,to take delight in it is still better than merely to be fond of it'The interest is the most direct motive force for studying , so it is essential to train students to study the interest of advanced mathematics. This article, mainly from the respects of teacher 's self-cultivation, professor method,etc. discusses that as a senior mathematics teacher how to stimulate students' study interest.
