摘　　要：以湖南省为例,阐述了大学科技创新在新型工业化建设中的重要地位和作用,分析了大学科技创新面临的主要问题及其原因,在此基础上分别从价值诉求、政策导向和机制保障等方面提出了推进大学科技创新服务于湖南新型工业化建设的对策建议。This paper , taking Hunan Province as an example, expounds the important role and status of science and technology innovation of higher educational institutions in the process of the construction of new type of industrialization, analyses the current major problems and reasons and puts forward some suggestions and strategies in pushing the innovation of science and technology of universities to serve the construction of the new type of industrialization of Hunan in the aspect of value demands, policy orientation , mechanism protection and so on.
