摘 要:社会和经济的转型给高校人力资源管理带来了挑战——如何管理知识员工,采取有效措施降低高校知识员工的流失,是高校当前发展面临的重要课题.知识员工是追求个人成长、自我管理、事业成就和心理成功、具有创新精神的群体,是高校最宝贵的资源,但是其流动率较高,将给高校带来巨大的影响,不利于学科发展、不利于高校科研教学工作的正常展开.分析了高校知识员工流失的原因,从而设计了一套较为完善的机制以降低知识员工的流失率,这对高校人事管理具有重要现实意义.Social and economic transformation has brought about a great challenge to human resource management——how to scientifically and efficiently take advantage of workers. Since knowledge workers are a group with innovative spirit in pursuit of personal growth,self-management,carrer achivement,psychological success,they are the most valuable resource in colleges and universities. However,the high loss of knowledge workers,which is detrimental to the development of the discipline and the normal teaching of college scientific research,produces a big impact on colleges and universities. Therefore,it is very important to analyse the reasons for the loss of knowledge workers from colleges and universities,and to design a set of perfect mechanism to reduce the loss ratio of knowledge workers.
