摘 要:茶叶儿茶素(TC80)3种不同剂量(50,100,200mg/kg)灌胃对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小白鼠血糖水平和肝肾胰脏组织超氧歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MBA)含量影响的试验结果表明:各剂量TC80都具有明显降糖和提高肝肾胰混合组织SOD活性作用(P〈0.01;P〈0.001),血糖值比模型组平均低6.00~9.87mmol/L,而组织SOD活性则比模型组平均高出88.33~182.70U/g;TC80对肝肾脏组织中MBA含量的降幅分别为19.47~38.19μmol/g(P〈0.01)及29.64~49.94μmol/g(P〈0.01),在各剂量处理组中只有200mg/kg高剂量组降低胰脏组织丙二醛含量的效果达显著水平(P〈0.05),比模型组低13.00μmol/g。茶叶儿茶素具有开发成新型降糖药物的前景。The experiment investigated effects of tea catechin (TC80) in three different doses(50,100 and 200 mg/kg)intragastric administration of alloxan diabetic mice on blood glucose levels and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MBA) concentration of liver and kidney pancreas organizations. Experimental results showed that: Each dose of TC80 was an evident hypoglycemic and increase of SOD activity in mixture of liver-idney-pancrea organization (P〈0.01 ; P〈0. 001 ), and blood glucose levels were an average of 6.00-9.87 mmol/L lower than the model group; while, the SOD activity in the organization was an average of 88.33 - 182.70 U/g higher than the model group; MBA content in liver and kidney tissues of all dose treatment group were respectively 19. 47 38.19 μmol/g(P〈0.01) and 29.64-49.94μmol/g (P〈0.01) lower than the model group, and only the result of 200 mg/kg in highdose groups reduced MBA content in the pancreas was significant (P〈0.05), 13.00μmol/g lower than the model group. Tea catechin has a prospect developing into a new hypoglycemic drug.
