摘 要:对桦褐孔菌进行多糖提取,利用热水浸提和微波浸提进行比较,使用响应面分析法对其数据进行分析。试验结果表明,微波浸提优于热水浸提,微波浸提时各项影响程度:功率(X1)>水料比(X3)>时间(X2),其最佳工艺条件为:功率720W、提取时间32min、液料比1∶80(V∶W)。在该条件下的响应面模型预测的多糖含量为22.66%。比热水浸提比较时间缩短了3.2倍,桦褐孔菌多糖得率在最优工艺平行比较中提高了21.72%。The results of hot-water extraction and microwave extraction of Inonotusobliquus(Fr. )Pilat Polysaccharide were analyzed by Response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum conditions of Inonotusobliquus ( Fr. ) Pilat polysaccharide extraction were as following: the influence degree: power (X1) 〉water to ma terial (X3) 〉 time (X2), the extraction power is 720 W , extraction time is 32 min, the ratio of water to material is 1 : 80(V : W). Under these conditions the response surface model of the polysaccharides was 22. 66%, and comparing to hot-water extraction, extraction time was shortened 3.2 times, and yield of Inonotusobliquus(Fr. ) Pilat Polysaccharide was increased by 21.72%.
