摘 要:目的探讨小组带教方法在提高急诊护理教学质置中的作用。方法将2007年1月~2008年6月实习的145名学生作为试验组.2005年6月至2006年124实习的167g学生作为对照组,试验组采用小组带教方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。实习结束出科前,进行统一理论和操作考核,并发放自行设计调查问卷。对比2组学生理论和技能操作成绩,学生对本组带教方法的评价。结果试验组的理论和技能操作成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.001);试验组对带教方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.001)。结论通过小组带教,可提高学生在急诊科的实习效果,同时提高了教师的自身综合素质。Objective To explore the effect of group teaching method on improving the teaching quality in Emergency Nursing. Methods From January 2007 to June 2008,145 nursing students in the emergency department (the experimental group) were given group teaching method. From June 2005 to December 2006,167 nursing students in the emergency department (the control group) were given the conventional teaching method. The theoretical knowledge and operating skills were assessed after finishing clinical practice,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the assessment on teaching method of every student. Results The experimental group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and operating skills than the control group (P〈0.001). The proportion of students with positive to group teaching method in experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.001). Conclusion Group teaching method can improve the practical effect of the students in Emergency Nursing and comprehensive quality of the teachers.
