摘 要:通过解析AIS电文获得船舶位置和速度信息,利用红黑树将船舶按照区域划分为不同网格,结合时间空间碰撞危险度计算方法,提出并实现了针对一个航海区域检测所有潜在危险船只的解决方案。该方案可以作为海事部门的监管系统,实时对航海区域内潜在危险的船只发出警报;也可为避碰专家系统前期快速筛选,遍历各船周围所有危险船只提供参考数据。A proposal to detect in real-time all the ships navigating in one sea area which would be in danger was put forward and realized. The method is based on analyzing vessel' location and velocity by AIS message, using Red-Black Tree structure to divide the area into different region grids, combining the time and space's risk calculation method. The proposal can serve as the maritime department's navigation monitoring systems for real-time alarming to the dangerous vessels, also can be used as collision avoidance expert system for pre-screening, rapid traverse of all vessels surrounding the ship.
