摘 要:目的:探讨高职大学生人际交往能力的影响因素,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用人际交往能力评估问卷、自尊量表、应对方式修订量表、社会支持量表、归因方式问卷,随机抽取云南省5所高职院校1513名大学生进行现状调查。结果:云南省高职大学生人际交往能力较差;问题解决、客观支持、寻求支持、支持利用度、能力归因、积极想法、主观支持时人际交往能力有正向的预测作用。结论:应对方式对高职大学生人际交往能力的影响最大,其次是社会支持,然后是归因方式。Purpose : This article provides a basis in carring out the mental health education of university students by investigating and analysising the influencing factors of interpersonal skills within higher vocational students. Methods: We selected 1513 Higher vocational students from five Vocational Colleges randomly in Yunnan and surveyed their current situation by picking their answers from designed Interpersonal skills-assessment questionnaire, Self-esteem Scale, Coping Scale Amendment, Social Support Questionnaire and Attributional Style Questionnaire. Results : problem -solving, objective support, seeking social support, taking advantage of support, ability attribution, wishful thinking, subjective support play positive roles on prediction of the ability of interpersonal com- munication. Conclusion:The interpersonal skills of Higher vocational students in Yunnan Province are comparatively at a low level. The interpersonal initiatives of most vocational students are not very strong, and the problem-focused coping and social support have a greater impact on the interpersonal skills.
