摘　　要：职业能力的自然属性将其分为动作和心智两种基本类型。大多数职业能力是这两类能力的混合能力。两类自然能力的属性不同，其教育培养的方法也不同。只有社会承认的职业能力才是有价值的。Vocational aptitude with natural quality is divided into two types, operation capacity and mental capacity. Most Vocational aptitude is a mixture of the two basic capacities. The properties of these two basic capacities are not the same; so the educational techniques of these two capacities are not the same too. Only the vocational aptitude recognized by society is valuable.
