摘　　要：为了发展浙东地区名产糯米老白酒,介绍了其工艺流程和操作要点,同时简单介绍了黑色糯米老白酒和薏苡仁保健型糯米老白酒等2种产品的工艺和原辅料的配比。Superior glutinous rice wine is the special product in eastern Zhejiang. In order to develop superior glutinous rice wine, its technical process and operation points were introduced. The technology and ingredients ratio of black glutinous rice wine and glutinous rice wine with coix seed were also mentioned.
