职业学校教师业务知识和能力结构的研究

摘　　要：职业教育是当前教育的核心。如果说义务教育是扫除文盲,高等教育是培养管理人才,那么职业教育正好填充了两者之间的空白。文章从现代心理学对能力的理解入手,采用文献法、调查法,逻辑分析法等,探求职校教师业务知识和能力结构转换的方法,研究教师业务知识能力的构成因素,建立教师综合能力的基本框架,旨在促进职业教育水平的不断提高。Vocational education is the core of the current education, if education is to eradicate illiteracy, higher education is to train management personnel, vocational education then just fill the gap between the two. Article from modem psychology to the understanding of the ability to start, the use of literature, investiga- tion, logical analysis, such as, vocational school teachers to explore the structure of knowledge and the ability of the method of conversion, study the capacity of teachers in the constituent elements of business knowledge, teachers the ability to establish the basic framework of a comprehensive. The level of vocational education designed to promote continuous improvement.
