摘　　要：介绍了一种永磁球形电动机的基本结构和基于机器视觉的转子位置检测方法。给出了喷涂在转子底部的彩色编码、处理转子图像获取特征点的算法和转子位置旋转矩阵的求解方法,在此基础上对转子绕单轴和多轴运动时位置测量系统的输出进行了仿真分析,并研究了转子扰动对特征点像素坐标的影响。仿真结果表明该方法可以有效的检测转子位置,为进一步的研究和实验提供了参考和借鉴。The structure and methodology that solved the problem of determining the orientation of a freely rotating rotor of permanent magnet spherical stepper motor based on machine vision were proposed. The color code painted on the surface of rotor was generated and the algorithm processing the image was provided for extracting characteristic points. The method of deriving the orientation of the rotor was proposed. The outputs of the system when rotor was spinning around one axis and multi-axis and the effects of rotor disturbance were analyzed. Simulation results show the validity of the vision system and provide the references for further research and experiments.
