摘 要:初步考察D-异抗坏血酸钠精制过程中滤材对产品质量的影响。结果表明,在过滤D-异抗坏血酸钠粗品溶液中的活性炭时,采用陶瓷膜代替滤布作为滤材,能够有效地改善产品质量,并有助于精制收率的提高。在压力0.15MPa、温度80℃、表面流速2m/s和浓缩15倍条件下,陶瓷膜的平均通量高达490L/(m2·h)左右;在膜通量350~390L/(m2·h)时,其余条件同上;浓缩倍数可达20倍,能够满足工业生产的要求。The effects of various filtration materials used in the purification of sodium erythorbate on product quality were investigated. The results indicated that when ceramic membrane was used for the filtration of active carbon in crude product solution instead of filtration cloth, the product quality was significantly improved, and the purification yield was increase at the same time. Under the following operation conditions: pressure 0.15 MPa, temperature 80 ℃, surface flow rate 2 m/s, and concentration fold 15, the average membrane flux was as high as 490 L,/(m^2·h). When the membrane flux ranged from 350 to 390 L/(m^2·h) and other conditions were the same as above, a 20-fold concentration was obtained, which could fulfdl the need of industrial production of sodium erythorbate.
