摘　　要：我国高等教育发展到今天,注重内涵发展成为高校改革发展的战略重点。而在注重内涵发展的过程中,将现有的教育资源进行整合是其必然要求。整合资源要坚持以科学发展观为指导,着眼于满足大众化教育过程带来的多元质量观需要,遵循优化结构提高效益的原则。因此,合并重组和深度开发成为资源整合的主要模式。由于高等学校教育资源的特殊性,推进资源整合要立足全局,统筹兼顾,有效运作,同时也离不开政府的支持和企业的参与。Today,high education focuses on the intension of development. Meanwhile university has to reform the educational resources which it holds. In reformation, we must stick to the Scientific Development Concept to satisfy different needs education. The reformation insists in optimized integrative-mergence and deep-exploit. Because to different objectives during the polularization of high construction and high efficiency and takes two ways of of the specialty, the reformation must get powers from the government and the enterprise.
