现代医学模式下加强护理人文教育的思考

摘　　要：随着传统生物医学模式向现代"生物-心理-社会"医学模式的转变,对护理人员的人文素质要求越来越高。然而,目前我国护理人文教育尚处于起步阶段,还存在很多的不足。为了适应现代医学模式下的临床护理工作,应当认真探讨新形势下适合我国国情的护理人文教育模式。There is an increasingly high demand for the humanistic quality of the nursing staffwith the change from traditional biomedical mode to modem＂ biological-psychological-social＂ medical mode.However, nursing humanistic education in our country is still at the initial stage and is far from perfect in many aspects.In order to adapt to clinical nursing in modem medical mode,we should seriously explore a nursing humanities education mode which is suitable for our national situation.
