学费收取在高职院校市场化进程中的机理分析

摘　　要：高职院校扩招带来了资金匮乏的问题。高职教育准公共产品的属性、成本补偿的需要、经济体制改革及平衡教育市场等因素都支持高职教育收费,高职院校市场化过程中注意收费中可能带来的消极影响。The enlargement of enrollment has brought the deficient fund, but quasi-public property, the needs for the cost of compensation, economic restructuring and balanced education market, all of these support that higher vocational education should be allowed charges. However, the negative effect of charging tuition should be paid attention in the process of marketization in higher vocational colleges.
