摘  要:在剖析高职品牌专业基本特征的基础上,结合交通高职院校教育教学改革的不断深入,阐述了加强高职院校品牌专业内涵建设的重点:即建立专业培养目标调控机制、加快以"校企合作、工学结合"为特征的人才培养模式改革、构建适应专业培养目标需要的人才培养方案、建设以"专兼结合的双师型"为特征的专业教学团队、实施专业应用能力建设和基于工作过程的课程开发工程、推进专业可持续发展的运行机制建设等。旨在推进高职院校专业改革与建设向纵深发展。Deepening specialty reform and construction is currently an important part for higher vocational institutions to build education capacity. With an analysis of the characteristics of brand specialty of higher vocational institutions, and on the basis of the continuously deepening education and teaching reform, the paper expounds the priorities of enforcing the connotation construction of brand specialty, including establishing regulation mechanism for specialty objective, quickening reform of talent cultivation mode of enterprise - involved and work - integrated education, making effective talent cultivation plan, building competent teaching team, developing quality course based on real work process, creating operation mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of specialty, so as to promote the overall development of specialty reform and construction.
