摘　　要：通过分析目前高校以疾病为导向的障碍性心理咨询工作模式的不足,阐明了21世纪高校心理咨询应以发展性咨询模式为主导。同时,在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,提出了学习类、职业类和生活类3种以发展咨询为主兼顾障碍咨询的心理咨询模式。This article reveals the deficiency of mental disorder - oriented psychological counseling model in colleges, and analyses that development psychological counseling should be the main part of the psychological counseling in colleges in the 21st century. On the basis of the achievements frmn domestic and overseas studies, a new psychological counseling model is proposed, which gives priority to development counseling with consideration to mental disorder counseling, including three kinds of study counseling, profession counseling and life counseling.
