摘 要:针对我国自主开发的某一燃料电池汽车的减重需要,提出了一种传动轴的轻量化设计方法。该方法以材料的低载强化特性为依据,以试验载荷对应的应力进入材料强化区间为宗旨,在保证传动轴工作可靠的前提下,力求构件强度潜能充分发挥,实现质量减轻和成本下降。最后运用有限元分析软件HyperW orks对轻量化的传动轴进行强度校核及模态对比分析,验证设计的可行性。这种方法为车辆和其它机械结构的轻量化设计提供了技术参考。This paper aims to discuss a kind of lightweight design on the drive shaft, in order to realize the weight reduction of a fuel cell vehicle manufactured by our country. This method takes the low-load strengthening characteristics of the material as a foundation. Meanwhile, the design takes it as a target, which make the stress, corresponding to test load, enter the material strengthening range. In this way, it not only assures the credibility of shaft, but also fully develops the latent capacity of structural strength. Besides, this means meets the need of weight reduc- tion truly, as well as cost down. At last, the finite element software, HyperWorks, can be easily used to check the strength of lightweight shaft and contrastively analyse the model on the basis of CAD model, so as to verify the feasibility. In conclusion, the design provides technological reference for the structural lightweight design of vehicles and other machineries.
